THE 2019 HADLEY
INVITATIONAL APRIL 5, 6 & 7
Important Information:
The Hadley Invitational is for those drivers that have consistently raced with the club.
All drivers must pay to race in the invitational. The fees cover the T-shirt and other items. The entry cost is $8 for the first class and $3 for each additional class. The registration form can be picked up on Friday or later.
We are looking for people to provide baked goods that can be offered throughout the day.
We are also looking for people to donate pop. Must be non-diet, name brand. For every case (24 cans or more) you will get 3 raffle tickets.
Friday 4/5:
Starting after school at 4pm, claim a table, set up the track and practice. Practice will be open until 9pm. We might run some “fun” races in the evening.
Saturday 4/6:
9am – 10am, Practice
10:30am – 6pm, 2-3 qualifying Heats will be run
Sunday 4/7:
10:00am – 11:30pm, Practice
11:30am – 4pm, The Mains
4:30 – 7:30pm, Award ceremony and raffle
